The Pandemic Preparedness Guides are e-books. They are electronic files in PDF or Adobe Reader format.

They are delivered by e-mail. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to receive your guides.

If you order a guide and do not receive it within 48 hours please send us an e-mail.

Please include your e-mail address and your phone number in case we are not able to reach you by e-mail.

Please allow 24 hours for us to reply.

Sometimes we are not able to successfully e-mail the customer. This can be for several reasons including:

• The e-mail box may be too full and exceeds its allotted space limit.
• Your return address may be entered incorrectly in your e-mail program.
• Our message gets filtered and blocked by SPAM blocking software.
